On July 29, 1999, Tripoli hosted RAGBRAI riders from all over the world for breakfast.
The morning of July 29 started out hot and steamy, and it only got more so as the day wore on. Iowa weather is always up for grabs. This can be especially true in late July. Either it does the unexpected, or it does the expected. Those who have ever been here, along with everybody who lives here, will know what we mean.
